How is pricing structured?
CompCue pricing is based on your school's size, tier, and selected modules. We custom-quote every school — talk to our team and we'll put together a proposal that actually makes sense for your budget.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a personalized live demo instead of a self-serve trial — so you see the features that matter to your school, not just a generic walkthrough. Book a time and we'll set it up.
Can we upgrade or change tiers later?
Yes. Your tier, enabled modules, and user limits are all adjustable. Contact your account manager or our sales team to make changes at any time.
What is the 1% platform fee on payments?
CompCue charges a 1% fee on each online payment collected through the platform (Razorpay or Stripe). Your school receives 99%. Offline payments (cash, cheque) are not subject to this fee. Every transaction is transparently logged.
Do parents and students pay separately?
No. Parent and student portal access is included in your school's subscription. They don't need a separate plan.
Where can CompCue be deployed?
CompCue runs on Vercel, Railway, Render, DigitalOcean, or self-hosted via Docker and Coolify. Enterprise customers can discuss private cloud or on-premises options.
